Nimki / mathri 6 pcs
Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
Chilli sauce 2 ketchup
Butter 1 tsp
Salt to sprinkle
Red and green capsicum 1/4 cup shredded
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup

Instructions

Take nimki. Spread butter on it. Now put layer of tomato ketchup and chilli sauce.
Spread capsicum on it.
Sprinkle salt.
Grate mozzarella cheese on it and cover it fully.
Put on microwaveable tray. Micro on high for 2 minutes.
Its done. Ready to serve.
Can be served with wafers.
