Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Gram flour half cup
  3. Green methi half cup
  4. Turmeric pwdr half tspn
  5. Red chill pwdr half tspn
  6. Carrom seeds 1 tspn
  7. Hing 2 pinch
  8. Salt
  9. Oil

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl.
  2. Nd add wheat flour gram flour turmeric pwdr red chill pwdr carrom seeds hing chopped methi salt.
  3. Mix it well
  4. Nd make a dough with water
  5. The dough should not hard or not too much loose.leave it for 10 mnt
  6. Now put tva on gas.on the flame.
  7. Now take a medium size ball from the dough nd make parantha like normal parantha
  8. Spread this parantha on tva.nd done it with oil.
  9. your parantha is ready enjoy this with curd or chatni
