Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cupfresh fenugreek leaves (methi leaves)
  2. 2cup Wheat flour
  3. salt as per taste
  4. 1 chopped green chilly
  5. 1/4 tbs red chilly
  6. Clarified butter (deshi ghee)

Instructions

  1. Cut fenugreek leaves wash and boil for 5 mintues and grind
  2. Mix fenugreek puri into wheatflour salt green chilly and red chilly and knead a soft dough
  3. Make parantha apply ghee for crispy ness
