Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Methi - 1 bunch
  2. Onion-1 chopped
  3. Green chili-2-3, chopped
  4. Flour -1.5 cups
  5. Water as required
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Desi ghee- 3-4 tbsp to drizzle
  8. White butter - 2 to 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add flour , salt, chopped methi,green chilies and onions . Mix well
  2. Add water and knead a firm dough.
  3. Rest the dough for 10 min.
  4. Divide dough into equal portions and roll into parathas
  5. Heat tawa with little ghee. Cook parathas over medium heat on both sides for 3-4 minutes until done
  6. Serve hot with dollop of butter
