Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Makhane 1/2 cup
  2. Curd 1 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  5. Roasted cumin powder 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped

Instructions

  1. Put makhane in a pan on medium flame.
  2. Roast it untill change the colour.
  3. Put the curd in the bowl and beatgain it well.
  4. Add little water and beat it again.
  5. Add makhane and mix.
  6. Add salt, pepper, roasted cumin powder and mix well.
  7. Put in fridge for 20 minutes. Served chilled.
