Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Besan 1/4 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ajwain and cumin seeds 1/4 tea spoon each
  5. Methi leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Desi ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except ghee and make a dough with the help of luke warm water.. Keep aside for half an hour
  2. Take a ball. Roll with a rolling pin. Apply ghee on it and roll like saree falls and then roll like a coil. Now again roll into a big chapati
  3. Heat tawa and put chapati on the tawa simmer the flame and cook on both the sides using ghee
  4. Serve hot
