Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour 250 gram
  2. Butter yellow white any(melted) 4 table spoon
  3. Salt 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough by adding warm water melted butter and salt..
  2. The kneaded dough should neither be too soft nor too hard.
  3. After kneading cover it for some time.
  4. Make big round balls from this dough ...The dough balls should be bigger than your usual routine dough balls .
  5. Now dust a little flour on a flat surface and roll this ball into paper thin roti without worrying its rounded shape.
  6. With the help of pizza cutter cut it lenthwise into extremely thin strips .
  7. Apply butter on it .
  8. Scrap from both the ends carefully and bring these gathered strips into the centre .
  9. Now carefully lift the gathered strips and roll it on your fingers into a rounded layered ball .
  10. Pat flat this layered ball on a flat surface so as to get the rounded shape .
  11. Heat a flat tawa on a low flame .
  12. Now place this parantha very carefully on the tawa .
  13. Let it turn golden brown .
  14. Flip the other side by applying little butter. Let this side also turn golden brown ..
  15. Once both the sides turn golden brown ,remove it from the tawa . On a cloth take this parantha and gently crush it ..
  16. You will see amazing golden brown buttery flakes of this parantha
  17. Serve this flaky buttery parantha with dal or any veggy .
  18. I have served it with butter paneer masala veggy.
