Take one big bowl to knead the flour
In flour add besan, half tspn salt, chopped methi, red chilli powder, garam masala,
Ow knead it soft
For stuffing mash the potatoes
Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala , black salt and amchur powder
Mix them all
Now make balls of flour
Take 1 ball
Stuff it with the stuffing
Now roll it with roll pin slowly slowy
Now put it on hot flat pan
Flip it
Spread some oi or ghee on both the sides of parantha
Now serve it hot wid achar , curd, and white butter.
