ABOUT 3 pepper stir fry RECIPE

Perfect substitute for salad

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 red capsicums diced
  2. 2 yellow capsicums diced
  3. 2 green capsicums diced
  4. 3-4 tbsp preserved olives
  5. 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  6. 1 maggi cube
  7. 2 tbsp olive oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lettuce leaves torn into bits
  10. Chia seeds
  11. Watermelon seeds

Instructions

  1. Take olive oil in a pan. Add all 3 coloured capsicums.
  2. Put salt to taste. Add in Italian seasoning, maggi cube, olives and stir well.
  3. Put in a spoonful of olive preserve to give it a tangy taste.
  4. Stir all d veggies at full to medium flame so that they don't loose the crunch.
  5. Put them into d bowl n then add lettuce leaves to it.
  6. Top this with watermelon seeds n chia seeds.
