Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 pieces fish surmai or coconut Fish
  2. 1tsp chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  4. 1 tbsp rice powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 to 3 tbsp oil
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. Vinger to mix
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Fried onions

Instructions

  1. Take a plate add all the dry ingredients and ginger garlic paste mix with vinegar
  2. Wash and clean the dishes now apply the masala and keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes
  3. Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot slide the fish and fry for 2 to 3 minutes after 3 minutes flip the fish and fry for 3 more minutes on a low flame switch of the flame
  4. Fry until brown in color
  5. Presenting the fish take a plate arrange the fried fish with fried onion and fried curry leaves tasty fish fry is ready serve with sambar rice thank you happy cooking
