Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton - 500 gms
  2. Finely chopped onion - 3
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Cloves - 3 -4
  5. Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  6. Green cardamom - 2 - 3
  7. Black cardamom - 1
  8. Bay leaf - 1 - 2
  9. Curd - 1/2 cup
  10. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  11. Red chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  12. Kashmiri mirch powder - 1 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
  16. Oil - 4 tbsp
  17. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified but and oil in a pan.
  2. Add bay leaf and whole garam masala to crackle.
  3. Add onion and fry till light brown.
  4. Add mutton pieces and saute on high heat for five mins.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilly powder,kashmiri mirch powder,turmeric powder and saute for five mins in a medium flame.
  6. Whisk the curd and mix well.
  7. Add 2 cup of water and simmer the flame.
  8. Cover and cook till mutton is done.
  9. Stir occasionally and add some water
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves
  11. Serve hot.
