Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 g . Mutton
  2. 250 g. Onions chopped
  3. 3 spoons Ginger - garlic paste
  4. 1/2 home made garam masala power
  5. 1/2 spoon turmeric power
  6. 2 spoon coriander power
  7. Salt 2 taste
  8. oil
  9. 2 pinch zeera
  10. 1red big tomato pureed
  11. 50 g hung curd
  12. Green coriander chopped

Instructions

  1. Add oil in cooker then add chopped onions
  2. Then onions become half golden brown
  3. Add mutton & ginger - garlic paste
  4. Mix properly than add all dry spices ,curd & tomato piury
  5. Take 2 whistle & cook some time till oil is separated.
  6. Add chopped coriander..
