This is bengali sweet. I tried first time but yummy sweet Taste superb.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 200 grams maida
  2. 200 grams sugar
  3. 100 ml water
  4. 8 cloves
  5. Kova 200 grams
  6. oil for deep fry
  7. Salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. Add maida and salt and water
  2. Make a soft dough.
  3. Prepare the sugar syrup. Add 200 grams of sugar and add 100 ml water.
  4. Heat the sugar syrup until the 1 St string consistency.
  5. Make a small equal balls
  6. Roll it vry thin
  7. Already I prepared sweet kova for filling.
  8. Roll it well and put some kova in center.
  9. Close the Right side help with some water.
  10. Then closed the left side.
  11. Close the upside to down, down side to upside.
  12. Sealed with single lavang.
  13. As the same process followed the remaining dough.
  14. Heat the oil and fry these lavang Latinas
  15. Fry for 2- 3 minutes until golden brown.
  16. These latikas soked on sugar syrup in 3 minutes.
  17. Benagali sweet Lobongo Lotika was ready.
