Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup mushrooms
  2. 1 small capsicum
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1 cup tomato puree
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Lemon juice
  10. 2 tsp oil
  11. 1/2. Tsp rai
  12. 1/2 tsp jeera
  13. Curry leaves
  14. 2 cloves
  15. 4 whole peppercorns
  16. 1/2 tsp Cinnemon powder
  17. Salt
  18. Haldi
  19. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  20. 1 tsp jeera powder
  21. 1 tsp garam masala
  22. 1 tsp coriander powder
  23. Pepper powder
  24. 4-5 garlic cloves
  25. 2 tsp butter

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. Make puree of tomato
  3. Heat oil in pan
  4. Add all whole masala
  5. When splitter add onion
  6. Sate and add ginger garlic paste
  7. Add chilli paste
  8. And curry leaves
  9. Then add haldi and salt and cook for five min.
  10. Then add spices and capsicum
  11. Mix and cook for two min.
  12. Add tomato puree and mix
  13. Then finally add mushroom and mix
  14. Cover and cook for some time
  15. Make a tadka--
  16. Heat butter in pan and add garlic
  17. Add curry leaves and slitted chilli
  18. Add some salt and coriander powder
  19. Add tadka in vegetable
  20. Sprinkle pepper powder
  21. Then squeeze lemon juice
  22. Serve hot
