Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Egg 4
  2. Onion 2
  3. Tomato 1 big
  4. Moong Dal 1 small cup
  5. Corriender leaves 1/2 bunch
  6. Yellow food colour a pinch
  7. Green chillies 4,
  8. Ginger,chopped half inch
  9. Ajwain a pinch
  10. Gingergarlic paste 1 tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder a pinch
  12. Chilli powder a pinch
  13. Oil 4 tbsp
  14. A few Methi leaves
  15. A few Curry Leaves
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a vessel add chopped ginger, greenchillies, curry leaves and ajwain fry for half minute
  2. Add onions and fry for 5mins than add meethi leaves and fry for again 5mins
  3. Add gingergarlic paste turmeric powder redchilli powder and fry for 2mins than add tomatoes fry for 2mins
  4. Add corriender leaves yellow food colour and salt to taste
  5. Than add boiled moong dal and fry for 3mins than add boiled egg and cook for 5mins
  6. Last garnish it with corriender leaves
  7. Yummy egg khurma is ready to serve
