The rich creamy consistency of the kurma will make you love this dish. The kurma can be eaten with chapatis, biryani and dosa.
In a wok add oil, add the green chillies, saute and keep aside.
In the same wok, add the ingredients for tempering.
Add the chopped onions and saute until translucent.
Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes.
Add the tomato, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Add a cup of water and allow to boil.
Add the ground paste of coconut, green chillies, cashew nuts and poppy seeds. Cook on a low flame to prevent curdling.
Cut the eggs to halves and add to the kurma and cook for two to three minutes.
