Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups gram flour
  2. 1.5 cups methi leaves
  3. 4 to 5 green chili, finely chopped
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1 teaspoon ajwain
  6. 1 teaspoon Fennel powder
  7. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  8. 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  9. Water as required
  10. 1 Onion, finely chopped
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop Methi leaves
  2. Add all ingredients except oil and mix well to form a smooth thick batter
  3. Heat oil for frying. Drop batter in hot oil and deep fry until golden brown over medium heat and crisp
  4. Serve hot with tandoori dip/ sauce
