ABOUT Oats Methi Muthiya RECIPE

This is very very healthy dish which is ideal for breakfast and brunch. Leafy vegetables we all know that full of minerals. And every body knows that oats are very healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3/4 cup oats
  2. 2 cup methi leaves
  3. 2 tbsp suji
  4. 3 tbsp curd
  5. 1.5 tsp red chili powder
  6. 2 tsp coriander and jeera powder
  7. 1/4 tsp haldi
  8. 1 tsp green chili paste
  9. Hing 1 pinch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. For tempering-
  12. 1 tsp oil
  13. Rai 1/2 tsp
  14. 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Roast Oats for 2-3 minutes and grind to fine powder
  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  3. Knead a soft smooth dough. Make rolls and place on steamer plate
  4. Steam for 20 min. Once cooled , slice into smaller pieces
  5. Heat oil in a small pan. Splutter Mustard seeds
  6. Add sesame seeds and saute for few seconds
  7. Pour the tempering over Muthiya
  8. Serve with green chutney
