Basmati rice 150 grams
Water 2 glass
Potato 1 , diced
Onion 2 , diced
Fresh green tuver 250 grams
Green garlic chopped 100 grams
Green chili chopped 2
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
Ghee 3-4 tbsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Rai 1/4 tsp
Cloves 2-3
Dry red chili 2
Cinnamon 1 stick
Hing 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Water 2 glass approx
For Garnish :-
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Fresh green garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Instructions
Wash and soak basmati rice in 2 glass water for 15 minutes.
Heat 3-4 tbsp ghee in cooker.Add rai, jeera, dry red chili, cloves and cinnamon.
When it start tempering, add onion and cook for 3-4 minute.
Now add hing and turmeric powder. Mix well
Add green garlic, green chili, green tuver and mix well.
Add diced potatoes, kashmiri red chili powder, salt and mix well.
Now drain extra water from rice. Add rice to cooker and mix well
Add 2 glass of water and mix again.
Add 1/2 tsp garam masala , coriander leaves and mix well.
Pressure cook rice for 3 whistles over medium flame.
Once steam is released, gently mix pulav
Sprinkle green garlic and coriander leaves.
Delicious green tuver pulav is ready to serve. Serve hot with buttermilk, chili pickle, onion and ghee
