Had some rice pulav n boiled potatos tried to create a tangy taste for dis rainy season

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Pulav 1+1/2 cup
  2. Boiled potato 2
  3. Salt 1/2tea spoon
  4. Chilli 3
  5. Maggi masala 1/2 yea spoon
  6. Onion 1 finely chopped
  7. Gramflour 1/2cup
  8. Chat masala 1/2 tea spoon
  9. Coriander leaves a handful
  10. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take pulav in a flat plate Add mashed booled potato Add all ingredients axept oil n mix well. Shape dough to a cutlet shape. Deep fry . Serve with sauce.
  2. Deep frying the cutlets.
  3. Leftover pulav n potato.
