Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup thotkora leaves
  2. 3 garlic cloves
  3. 1 tsp red chili powder
  4. 1 tsp haldi
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tsp urad dal
  7. 1 cup onions, sliced
  8. 2 dry red chili
  9. 1 tsp chana dal

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add jeera,red chili, urad dal and Chana dal. Saute until dals are golden brown
  2. Now add onions and saute until translucent
  3. Add thotkora leaves , salt,haldi and red chili powder and mix well. Cook until leaves are tender
  4. The sabji is ready to be served with hot rice
