I have made stuffed bati with leftover methi sabji.It tastes awesome .This is my fusion recipe of bati n methi sabji

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover methi sabji 1.5bowl
  2. Wheat flour 3bowls
  3. Oil 1/4bowl
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  6. Ajvain 1tsp
  7. Suji 1tsp

Instructions

  1. First take wheat flour add suji ,salt, ajvain, turmeric powder ,2tsp oil and mix well
  2. Now add water and knead the dough Keep aside for 5 minutes
  3. Make a ball of dough and spread it in shape of bowl add methi sabji ,stuff in bati.
  4. Pack all the batis
  5. Now heat oil in pan put batis on oil
  6. Shallow fry it
  7. Check with knife if flour do not stick it's ready
  8. Serv hot
