Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 cup spinach puree
  3. 2 spring onions, chopped
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  6. 1 green chili, chopped - optional

Instructions

  1. Add salt and carom seeds to flour in a bowl
  2. Add finely chopped spring onions
  3. Add spinach puree , green chili and knead smooth dough
  4. Rest dough for 10 minutes
  5. Divide dough into equal portions. Roll out into parathas
  6. Heat Tawa and cook parathas on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle oil all over
  7. Serve hot with dollop of butter, curd and pickle
