ABOUT Spring onion paranthe RECIPE

Very easy and quick recipe. A very nice comfort food.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spring onions finely chopped 1 bowl
  2. Whole wheat flour 2 bowls
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the spring onions
  2. Take the flour and add all the ingredients except oil for frying
  3. Use water and knead into a dough.
  4. Divide dough into small portions.
  5. Use a rolling pin to roll out paranthas.
  6. Apply oil on both sides and shallow fry till golden.
  7. Serve with curd and pickle
