Lachcha paratha,kerala paratha, dhakai paratha all are almost same.But this time I have tried it with spring onion.Taste is just awesome.
Looks great.
Make a dough of flour,carom seeds,salt,semolina,sugar &oil.Keep rest the dough for 15 minutes.
Make a thin roti & brush butter on all over the roti.
Spread spring onion on it.
Start rolling.
Make a ball, flatten it & brush butter again.
Make paratha by a rolling pin but don't press much otherwise you cant get all layers.
Heat oil & fry it on medium flame.
Its ready to serve now.Press the paratha from both side to show the layers.
