ABOUT Spring Onion Lachcha Parantha RECIPE

Lachcha paratha,kerala paratha, dhakai paratha all are almost same.But this time I have tried it with spring onion.Taste is just awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour 2cup
  2. Semolina 1/4th cup
  3. Sugar 1tspn
  4. Salt
  5. oil for shallow fry
  6. Chopped spring onion 1bowl

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of flour,carom seeds,salt,semolina,sugar &oil.Keep rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  2. Make a thin roti & brush butter on all over the roti.
  3. Spread spring onion on it.
  4. Start rolling.
  5. Make a ball, flatten it & brush butter again.
  6. Make paratha by a rolling pin but don't press much otherwise you cant get all layers.
  7. Heat oil & fry it on medium flame.
  8. Its ready to serve now.Press the paratha from both side to show the layers.
