Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup moong dal
  2. 100 gm spinach, cleaned
  3. 2 Green chili
  4. Hing - 1/8 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil to drizzle
  7. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and Soak moong dal over night
  2. Drain excess water and keep it aside
  3. Grind dal, palak and green chilly to smooth puree
  4. Add water and mix well to form smooth batter
  5. Add salt and hing. Mix well
  6. Heat tawa and pour ladle of batter. Spread evenly
  7. Cook well on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle oil over edges
  8. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce
