Give new look to moong dal chilla .. it is stuffed with moong sprouts , sweet corn and potato masala

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. moong dal 2 cup (2 hours Soaked)
  2. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil 1 tbsp
  5. Some coriander sprigs
  6. Ingredients for filling :
  7. Moong(green gram) Sprouts 1 cup
  8. Cooked sweet corn 1cup
  9. Boil and mashed potato 2 cups
  10. Garam masala 1/4tsp
  11. Chopped green Chilli 2
  12. Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of filling and keep aside
  2. Now make fine paste of soaked moong dal in grinder ..
  3. Now take out in a bowl and mix salt , turmeric powder and some water and make smooth batter
  4. Now heat griddle. Apply some oil on it and pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly . Drizzle oil on the border and the center
  5. After few seconds flip it ..and roast the other side ..and then remove from heat and put in a plater . .. make all chila like this from remaining batter ..
  6. Now take a chila put 2tsp filling in the center and make a potali and warp with a coriander sprig .. serve with sauce or green chatny
