Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chana dal – 1/2 cup
  2. Barnyard millet – 1/4 cup
  3. Saamai –1/4 cup
  4. Thinai – 1/4 cup
  5. green chili – 1
  6. ginger – 1 inch piece
  7. curry leaves – 3 sprigs
  8. palak - 1/2 bunch
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. 3 tbsp Chopped Curry leaves
  11. Gingelly oil and ghee – to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Wash and Soak millet ,chana dal separately for one hour. Clean , wash and chop spinach and curry leaves.
  2. Grind chana dal to coarse paste and keep it aside
  3. Grind chopped curry leaves , spinach , ginger, green chili , salt and millets with little water to smooth paste. Add ground chana dal to mixture and mix well. Add required water to form pancake batter
  4. Heat nonstick pan, drizzle gingelly oil and ghee. Pour the batter thick like pancake and cook . Flip and drizzle the oil over edges. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot
