Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mixed millet porridge.. 1 cup
  2. Salt and green chillies to taste
  3. Chopped veggies to choice... 1 cup
  4. Ginger and garlic paste.. 1 tea spoon
  5. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tea spoon
  6. Roasted pea nuts.. As desired
  7. Lemon juice... As per taste
  8. Water.. 1 & 1/2 cup
  9. Oil or desi ghee.. 1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Mixed millet porridge. Pic of Packet used
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker or pan and put mustard seeds, let it splutter and then add chopped veggies and soaked. Porridge with salt and water, and cook covered for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Now open cooker, add lemon juice and mix lightly.
  4. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves and roasted peanuts
  5. Enjoy healthy breakfast
