Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mawa/whole dried milk - 2 tbsp
  2. Cottage cheese /paneer - 200 gms
  3. Blanch green peas/ matar - 1 cup
  4. Milk - 1/2 cup
  5. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  6. Black cardamom - 1
  7. Bay leaf - 2
  8. Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
  9. Almond,cashew nuts and poppy seeds paste - 2 tbsp
  10. Blanch n mashed tomato - 1
  11. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Oil - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add black cardamom and bay leaf to crackle.
  3. Add blanch and mashed tomato and saute for one mins.
  4. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  5. Add almond,cashew nuts and poppy seeds paste,whole dried milk/mawa and crumble paneer and mix well.
