ABOUT Fried green chilli pickle RECIPE

This green chilli pickle is very easy, and tasty, it's perfect for all indian meals.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 Gram thick green chillies
  2. 2 tsp panchforan
  3. 1 Pinch asafetida
  4. 1 tbsp mustard oil
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp dry mango powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly collect all ingredients
  2. Washed and wipe dry the green chillies very well
  3. Green chillies cut into 1"pieces, not remove the head part of chillies
  4. Heat oil in the kadhai
  5. Add asafetida and panchforan then it start crackling add green chillies
  6. Saute it for 5 minutes on high flame
  7. Now add salt, turmeric powder and dry mango powder.
  8. Mix it properly with spoon, keep the flame on low
  9. Now cover and cook it for 2 minutes
  10. After 2 minutes remove the lid , stair fried and crunchy chillies pickle
  11. Now green chilli pickle is ready, turn off the flame
  12. Serve roti, poori ,paratha are rice dal.
  13. Cool it completely and transfer to a bowl
  14. You can keep it in refrigerator 8-10 day's.
