Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. half teaspoon salt
  3. half teaspoon crushed ajwayan
  4. 3 teaspoon oil for moyan
  5. water as needed
  6. For stuffing
  7. 3 boiled potatoes
  8. 1 chopped onion
  9. a handful coriander leaves
  10. salt according to taste
  11. a chopped green chilli
  12. half tea spoon red chilli,mango powder n coriander powder
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Add all purpose flour,salt ,ajwayan n oil n make a dough with th help of water
  2. Add mashed potatoes,onion,green chilli ,coriander leaves,salt ,red chilli,mango powder n coriander powder n stuffing ready
  3. Make a thin roti
  4. Now take small roties from it
  5. Now place these like show in th pic
  6. Keep stuffing on it
  7. Now fold it as showen in th pic
  8. Ready flower samosa press it care fully tht stuffing didnot came out whn it frying
  9. Now fry deep in hot oil at medium flame n these r ready
