Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For katori
  2. All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
  3. Semolina/suji - 1/2 cup
  4. Baking powder - 1/4 cup
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 2 tbsp
  7. Oil - for frying
  8. For chat
  9. Boiled n chopped potatoes - 1
  10. Boiled chickpea - 1/2 bowl
  11. Sweet curd - 1/2 cup
  12. Salt - to taste
  13. Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
  14. Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  15. Sweet tamarind chutney - 1/2 cup
  16. Green chutney - 2 tbsp
  17. Sev - 2 tbsp
  18. Pomegranate seeds - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,semolina,baking powder,salt and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
  2. With the help of water make a dough.
  3. Make small balls.
  4. Grease the bowl and stick the dough around it and prick it.
  5. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  6. Place the katori in the hot oil.
  7. Fry the dough shape katori and pull out the katori.
  8. Fry the dough shape katori golden n crispy on medium flame.
  9. Place the fried katori on the plate.
  10. Add boiled chickpea,boiled n chopped potato.
  11. Add sweet curd,sweet tamarind chutney,green chutney
  12. Sprinkle red chilly powder,salt,black salt and chat masala
  13. Garnish with sev and an ardana/pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
