Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups all purpose flour
  2. 1tsp carrom seeds
  3. Oil for deep fry katori
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4cup boiled sprouted mung
  6. 1/4 cup Kalachana
  7. 2 boiled potatoes
  8. Ragda 2 tbsp (Optional )
  9. 2 papdi
  10. 1finelly chopped onion
  11. 1 Finley chopped tomato
  12. 1/4 cup curd
  13. 2tbsp green chutney
  14. 2tbsp sweet red chutney
  15. Coriander leaves
  16. 1/2cup Barik sev
  17. Some pomogranate seeds
  18. 1tsp chaat masala
  19. 1tsp red chilli powder
  20. 1tsp roasted cumin powder
  21. 1tsp black salt

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add Maida, carrom seeds,4 tbsp oil, pinch of salt give it a good mix then add lookwarm water kneed a dough and rest it in 10 minutes.
  2. After 10 minutes dough is ready.
  3. Now take small part of dough make like a thik roti use foke tap it. Now take a small bowl set the roti backside of the bowl and fry this katori in a hot oil after 2 minutes remove the bowl fry the katori 1 more minute when it's golden brown colour and looks crispy take this katori in a plate and cool it.
  4. Now add sprouted mung, boiled potato, ragda,kalachana,Papdi,curd,green chutney, red chutney,red chilli powder, salt,black salt,chat Masala,onion, tomato,one by one finely add sev and some chopped coriander leaves toping some Promogranate seeds and serv it.enjoy
