Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted rava. 1cup
  2. Carrot. 2
  3. Peas 1 cup
  4. Sliced onions. 1cup
  5. Grated ginger. 1 cup
  6. Curry leaves chopped. 1 table spoon
  7. Sliced tomato. One
  8. Mustard and urad dal for seasoning
  9. Green chilles chopped as required according to taste
  10. 2 cups water
  11. Ghee one table spoon
  12. Oil necessary quantity for shallow frying
  13. Salt

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables.
  2. Heat a pan,do the seasoning with mustard,urad dal,ginger ,green chilly and curry leaves.After that add onion,saute it well.Then add all the vegetables and saute it.
  3. Then add 2 cups of water and boil it well.Add required amount of salt into it.
  4. When it starts boiling add the rava slowly.While adding the rava stir continuously. Otherwise lumps will get formed.
  5. Remove it from the stove in the diluted form itself.
  6. Add a spoon of ghee into it.Now serve it with coconut chutney ,Sambar or Pickle.
