ABOUT STUFFED BEETROOT PRANTHA RECIPE

This version of the pranatha is a stuffed beetroot, cabbage and carrot. This pranatha is very healthy for children and give little sweeten taste comes from beetroot

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. for dough... 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 4 tbsp beet juice (squeeze veggies and juice use for dough)
  3. salt
  4. water as required
  5. for stuffing.. 1 cup grated beetroot
  6. 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  7. 2 tbsp grated carrot
  8. 1/2 tsp jeera
  9. 1 tsp chopped chillies
  10. salt as pr taste
  11. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  12. 1 tsp chaat msala
  13. 2tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of dough and knead soft dough. keep for 15 minutes
  2. Squeeze all vegies. Take a pan heat oil add Jeera saute it when it crackled add vegies and saute untill dry. cool down add all rest of ingredients
  3. Take a ball size dough and roll it in small circle n fill 2 tsp of filling in it n again roll it with roll pin and put on greased tawa n shallow fry both sides
  4. Enjoy hot with curd imly dip
