  1. Chicken...1kg
  2. Potato...4
  3. Curd...1/2cup
  4. Beetroot paste...1cup
  5. Onion...1
  6. Turmeric powder...3tspn
  7. Green chilli paste...1tspn
  8. Green cardamom...2
  9. Cinnamon stick...1
  10. Dry red chilli...2
  11. Cloves...4
  12. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Garam masala...1teaspn
  15. Multigrain wheat...2cup
  16. Masala for prantha(1tspn powder of each cumin,flexseed,fennel seeds, carom seeds)....5tspn
  17. Butter for frying
  18. oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder & turmeric powder.
  2. Make a paste of onion, dry red chilli, cardamom, cinnamon & cloves.Heat oil ,add marinated chicken & spice paste.
  3. Add all spices.
  4. Add green chilli & beetroot paste.Don't add water,cover it & let it cook.
  5. After 10 yo 15 mins add boiled potato & water.Boil it more 10 mins.Finally check gravy & salt, add garam masala & switch off the flame.
  6. Make wheat dough with wheat flour, salt ,ghee ,mixed spice & required water.
  7. From normal wheat dough make kids favourite shape prantha.
  8. Apply butter & make crispy prantha.
  9. Serve it immediately.
