Green sprouted moong with anar dana enjoy as a breakfast, it is a healthy breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green moong 1 cup
  2. Anar dan fresh -1 cup
  3. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Chat masala
  6. Water

Instructions

  1. Green moong kept in water whole night after another drain it completely and hang in a muslin cloth for 5-6 hrs kept in warm place.
  2. When sprouts come wash it with water .
  3. In a bowl sprouted moong and anardana with it well add some drops of lime salt as needed
  4. Sprinkle chat masala as needed enjoy as evening snacks .
  5. It helps to detoxfy your body after festivals.
