Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked whole moong daal 1/2 cup
  2. Suji 3 tsp
  3. Curd 2 tsp
  4. Onion chopped 1 Small
  5. Green coriander 4 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Grounded saunf powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red capsicum 1, julienned
  9. Oil/butter to cook

Instructions

  1. 1) grind the daal. Add curd suji, onion , salt, saunf powder and coriander.
  2. 2) Keep it for 10 minutes.
  3. 3) Adjust the batter with water but should not be too watery
  4. 4)Take non stick tawa. Spread the batter. Put capsicum on top. Cook on both sides either with oil or butter.
  5. 5) Serve with ketchup.
