Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dhuli moong daal 1 cup soaked for 3 hours
  2. Green chillies 2
  3. Coriander 1/2 bunch
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Drain the daal soaked for 3 hours and blend with very little water .
  2. Add salt, chilli powder, green chillies, coriander and mix well.
  3. Beat this mixture with a spoon to make it fluffy.
  4. Take a flat pan, brush with oil and put the batter, cook on a medium flame till crispy.
  5. Once done, garnish with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilly and grated cashew nuts. Serve with onion tomato chutney.

sounds nice but image is not so good dear? can we see better image, it's not doing justice to the dish at all
