Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Moong dhuli daal....1 cup
  2. Besan....1 table spoon
  3. Salt and green chillies to taste
  4. Ginger.....1 piece
  5. Oil....as required

Instructions

  1. Soak daal for 4 hours
  2. Except oil put all the items in movie jaar and grind it
  3. With the help of ladke, put batter on hot tawa and using oil, cook cheela on both sides
  4. Serve hot hot
