Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup grated bottle gourd
  2. 1/2 cup gram flour
  3. 1/4cup bread crumbs
  4. 2tbsp rice flour
  5. 1tbsp fine chopped coriander leaves
  6. 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1/2tsp chat massala
  9. For filling :-100-150gm grated panir /cottage cheese
  10. 10-12raisins chopped
  11. 1/4tsp red chilli powder
  12. 3-4black pepper roughly coarsed
  13. 1pinch salt
  14. 1/4-1/2cup Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Sqeeze the extra water from grated bottle gourd with hand
  2. Now add bottle gourd ,rice flour ,gram flour ,bread crumbs salt chat massala and red chilli powder in a mixing bowl
  3. Mix together without using water and make a dough
  4. To make filling mix all the ingridients
  5. Now make a small part of bottle gourd mixture and shape in round than flat it and put the filling on center
  6. Seal it nicely and make it like tikki
  7. Heat 1-2tbsp oil in a nonstic pan put the cutlets in pan
  8. Cook on medium flame for 4-5minutes and flip off and cook from another side
  9. Cook till gets golden brown colour
  10. Take out from pan ,put on paper napkin
  11. Serve hot with catchup or chutney
