Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup all mix veegies of ur choice like peas,beans...
  2. 2 piece of walnut,cashew,almond
  3. 1 tsp til ,khus khus
  4. Garam masala whole 1 tsp
  5. Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
  6. 3- onion
  7. 4 tomatoes
  8. Turmeric 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  10. Jeera 1 tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. In a pan take oil let it heat ,then add jeera,1 onion,2 tomatoes,cashew,walnut,almond n fry till they get cooked
  2. Make paste of above
  3. Now take a pan add oil then add whole spices to it,onion n fry
  4. In other pan fry all veggies
  5. Put the grounded paste to into onion
  6. Once the above mixture is cooked ,add fried veggies n salt to it,also ginger garlic paste
  7. Now add chopped tomatoes into this add garam masala,turmeric n chilli powder n cook till veggies r done
