Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish (Singhara) 1 kg
  2. Beer 100 ml or more
  3. Flour 100 - 200 gms
  4. Egg 2
  5. Salt n pepper to taste
  6. Oil to fry 250 ml appx

Instructions

  1. Make a batter by mixing flour , salt & pepper, beer .
  2. Batter consistency shouldn't be too thick nor too thin.
  3. beat egg and keep in a bowl
  4. In a deep pan keep oil in medium heat .
  5. Take some dry flour in a plate
  6. Coat fish piece with dry flour
  7. dip flour coated fish in egg and coat again in dry flour
  8. dip in beer batter and fry till nice golden colour. Enjoy with squeezing lemon juice on top .
