ABOUT HEALTHY SUJI TOAST RECIPE

This bread toast made by suji and lots of veggies is also known as Eggless French toast. It is very healthy recipe for breakfast and snacks too.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 CUP roasted suji
  2. 1 CUP finely chopped mix vegetables like onions, carrots, tomato, bellpaper, black olive etc
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. 1 tsp Rai
  5. 6-7 kadi patta
  6. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  8. salt as pr taste
  9. 2 Tbsp Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients in a bowl and mix with little water. Batter should be thick or spreadable.
  2. Take bread slices and equally layered to all with batter
  3. Heat non-stick tawa little grease it and put a piece (batter side) on greased tawa and cook till brown or crisp. Flip another side with 2 drops of oil and shallow fry it till both side crisp.
  4. Cut in desire shape and enjoy hot with ketchup
