ABOUT Suji Toast RECIPE

Bread dipped in a suji mixture. It is a soft and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup suji
  2. 1/4-1/2 cup curd ( beaten)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  5. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  6. Chopped Tomatoes
  7. Chopped Onions
  8. Bread slices
  9. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take beaten curd, add suji to it. Mix properly and then add salt, black pepper powder, lal mirch powder and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes.
  3. Take nonstick tawa and put oil. Take a bread slice, dip in a suji mixture and cook first on low flame then on high flame till golden brown from both sides.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
