ABOUT Suji or semolina toast RECIPE

This light snack can be made with just few ingredients and in no time your lip smacking sooji toast will be ready

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji or semolina 2 teaspoon
  2. Mayonnaise or hung curd 2and 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Onion -half finely chopped
  4. Coriander 2 tablespoons
  5. Tomato- half
  6. Oil or ghee 4 teaspoons
  7. Bread 2 slices

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except oil.
  2. Take breads and spread mixture evenly on it.
  3. Take a pan and add ghee or oil and then fry .
  4. Your suji toast is ready. Serve it with sauce or chutney or enjoy as it is.
