This Semolina Malpua is Very Tasty n Yummy n u can Serve it as a Dessert in Any Party or Function.
I will surely try this.
First griended Semolina into Mixer in Smooth Powder.
Then poured warm Milk & Pinch of Salt into Semolina Mixture mixed thoroughly & made smooth Batter.
Put Vessal on Gas Poured 1 cup Sugar & 1 cup Water & made thick & sticky consistency Syrup ( Not 1 String or 2 String it just a Sticky thickh consistancy)
Added Cardamom Powder & Lilttle Saffron Strands into Syrup & mixed well.
Put kadhai on Gas & Poured Oil into it & Heated it up.
Then took little Semolina Batter into Small Cup & Poured into Hot Oil n deep fried the Malpuas from both sides.
Then put fried Malpuas into Sugar Syrup deeped it for 10 Minutes.
Then put Hot Malpuas into Serving Dish & Garnished it with Shredded Almond Pieces.
"Hot Semolina / Suji / Rava Malpua" is Ready to Eat.
