ABOUT EGGLESS RED VELVET CUPCAKE RECIPE

Moist and delicious eggless cupcake that can be served as it is or garnish with any frostings of your choice.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All-purpose flour / maida1 1/4 cup -
  2. Unsweetened cocoa powder1 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Powdered sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
  5. Condensed milk 200 grams
  6. Oil 1/2 cup
  7. Buttermilk 1 cup
  8. Apple cider/ white vinegar 2 teaspoon
  9. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  10. Red food colour 1 – 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degree C. Prepare the cupcake pans with cupcake liners and set aside. Sieve all dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Add all the wet ingredients in another bowl including food colour and mix well. Now pour wet ingredients to the dry and whip it until no lumps, do not over mix the batter.
  3. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Garnish as you like or enjoy as it is. You can use any frostings of your choice.
