Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Self raising flour-1and a half cup
  2. Eggs-3
  3. Powered sugar-1 cup
  4. baking powder-1 tsp
  5. Butter-100gm
  6. Vanilla essence-2 tsp
  7. Red food colour-2 tbsp
  8. For the frosting:
  9. Whipped cream-1 packet
  10. Icing sugar-1cup
  11. Cold water-2-3 tbsp
  12. Strawberry crush-4 tbsp
  13. Cherries-10

Instructions

  1. Take a hand blender and blend the sugar and eggs till white.
  2. To it add butter and whisk.
  3. Next add the flour mixture and baking powder.Mix well.
  4. To it add the red food colour and vanilla whisk well.
  5. Line the cup cake liners and fill till 3/4.
  6. Bake at 180° convection mode for 35min.
  7. Frosting:
  8. In an electric mixer,mix the whipped cream along with 2 tbsp cold water and the icing sugar till soft peaks are formed.
  9. Add the strawberry crush to it add mix well.
  10. Once the cakes are baked and cooled,add the frosting.
  11. Top it with cherry.
